We are an Organization with a true outreach for varieties in life. Our Organization was founded by Denise Barnes, Born on the West Coast of Florida. She began working at the age of 15, with a passion for helping others mainly the elderly. With a very active mind, always looking for a way to make a difference in her life and the people around her. Having years of experinence and education, afford Denise the ability to start a “Registry” that will assist experienced persons matched up with Persons of all ages in need of Home Health Assistance.
Our Registry Placements are for all ages and some Disabilities. By 2030 there will be about 72.1 million elderly persons, that will count for 19% of the population, That means more needed care for the elderly.
Mission: Facilitate better health outcomes for clients, we assist young adults, seniors and pediatric clients who are recovering after a hospital or a facility stay, and need additional support to remain safely at home and avoid unnecessary hospitalizations.
Each case evaluated: There will be assigned Caregivers to assist the indiviual daily tasks such as: bathing, feeding, cleaning the home and preparing the meals. Caregivers support the needs of individuals to stay at home during rehab. other services are shopping, medical appt's etc. We also partner with other Health care Agencies.
